Laughter Yoga is good for wellbeing, it is an exercise that brightens up the day and keeps you moving. 

During the workshop you will learn about how laughter yoga can support our wellbeing, through a short presentation and then we will experience it in the moment! 

Come prepared to laugh and do some gentle movement.
