Bridport Businesses Boost to Fundraising for Mind Fest 2018

Local businesses offer great rewards to help Mind Fest’s Fundraising Campaign!

Local traders and companies are offering great rewards to people pledging to support Bridport Mind Fest through their Crowd Funder appeal.

There’s an amazing chance to win a round of golf at the picturesque Bridport & West Bay Golf club! A family swim at Bridport Leisure Centre, a bundle of books from The Book Shop, gift vouchers from Bridport Yarns, Footeprints, Reeds Shoe Shop and many more.

More rewards are being added by the day, and can be claimed by people making a donation via the Crowd Funder Appeal.

Bridport Mind Fest 2018 is an independent festival which aims to raise awareness of mental health issues, and help the local community of Bridport to understand the power of the mind.

The festival takes place in venues across Bridport, including the Arts Centre and Town Hall. We are running six days of performances, talks and workshops, from the 5th October, to 10th October, which is also World Mental Health Day.
Simon Williams, Festival organiser said;

“We had huge success in 2017 and we see this being a regular festival for Bridport and the surrounding communities. The festival is run by volunteers, we need to raise funds to cover the costs of holding the events which are all free or by donation. Knowing the town’s local businesses are behind this great cause is a huge boost to our campaign and we hope that local people will take advantage of some the great rewards on offer whilst supporting the festival.”
